Junior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day financial accounting matters
  • Assist in daily / monthly report generation including month end / year end closing reporting procedures.
  • Maintain full set of account
  • Handles daily accounting matters such as accounting journals, bank reconciliations and other relating accounting matters.
  • Collect and Arrange Payment of Western Union / Money Gram and Any Cheques

Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily task and meet SLA targets

  • Attend to inbound enquiries, request and feedback received via email and chat

Outreach Content Writer

Responsibilities:

– Copyedit content written for the website, and other marketing materials
– Write content for research guides, product pages, and general website pages
– Develop content promoting products we carry within outreach campaigns

Front Desk Personnel

Responsibilities:

– Providing support on walk-in customer’s inquiries
– Making calls to contact customers for currency product delivery
– Handling store front cash flow
– Preparing daily store front sales report
– Assist to provide customer support through the various communication tools:

Customer Support Representative – Home Based/Nightshift

Responsibilities:

      • Manage daily task and meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) targets
      • Handle high volume of tickets and calls in an efficient, effective and friendly manner
      • Answer customer questions regarding account information, order status, return status, product information, policies, procedures, site navigation and payments
      • Makes a genuine effort to meet the needs of the customer and make their experience pleasant
      • Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve issues brought up by customer

Requirements:

      • Prior experience within a retail or customer service environment preferred.

Senior Software Developer

Job Description

You will be responsible in core architecture, memory management, data storage, prevent system vulnerabilities, and whatever else needs to be done to build and deliver excellent applications and services used by other OffGamers employees and our customers.
The ideal candidate is motivated, flexible, passionate to develop lightning fast response systems and ensure our company and customers are safe from Evil.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders, fellow engineers, designer, software tester. You will be presenting and communicating your work across the organization and to other teams at OffGamers
  • Propose and implement overarching system architecture
  • Design robust solutions to hard problems that consider scale, security, reliability and cost
  • Design and create test data and/or environment to support test activities
  • Execute testing and validate actual results against expected results
  • Verify results of quality assurance test
  • Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions
  • Document and share best practices with engineers across OffGamers
  • Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports

Requirements:

– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
– Expertise in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, MySQL, NoSQL.
– Strong knowledge in Yii Framework, MVC, jQuery and responsive web development.
– Good practical experience developing websites, portals and web-based applications in any modern scripting language and scalable
– Knowledge of secure and standard coding practices.
– Detail oriented, positive thinker, self-motivated and disciplined, with ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight in a professional and timely manner.
